Having gained his degree from Aston Uni’s famous business school Jordan then set about focusing his energy on the construction industry, first by gaining crucial first-hand experience of working on sites, to the role he completes now which is all about strengthening current relationships and developing new ones with potential new clients.  Jordan has completed health and safety courses such as Managing Safely IOSH to be at the forefront for health and safety for the business.

Jordan has a clear vision of the future of JP and a deep-rooted passion in ensuring the company is successful, this is backed up by a dedication that has seen the business grow year on year in both size and reputation.

Dave Hale

Commercial Manager

Our Commercial Manager Dave Hale has over twenty years quantity surveying experience both in the main contracting and sub-contracting disciplines, which gives a key understanding to the commercial requirements and needs that face main contractors, housebuilders and domestic clients. Dave prides himself on his pro-active approach from the initial tender right through the project phase to final account, always looking to maximise value for the client through specification and value engineering where appropriate. With an approach to client relationships that is both professional and friendly, Dave shares the JP Tiling ethos that is paramount for sustainable and managed growth throughout the Midlands region.

Gareth Turner

Contracts Manager

Gareth has a large breadth of experience in the construction industry having completed an apprenticeship in the industry straight from school.  With a keen eye for detail, and an ability to get the most out of the people he is working with and for, Gareth is a crucial part of what JP Is all about.

Gareth has a full understanding of what his role requires to ensure JP are a success on any site and has enjoyed being part of the business from the very outset.  With qualification such as SSTS he is also up to speed with current health and safety requirements.

Michael Beesley

Contracts Manager

Michael has time served in the tiling industry having completed his apprenticeship in this field.  With a large knowledge base of the technical side of tiling, Michael backs this up with good management of schemes of all manner of sizes.

Michael joined the team in 2010 and has not looked back since then, obtaining certification such as SSTS, face fit train the trainer, and many more job specific qualifications.
