With vast experience working across a wide range of sectors, we have a proven track record of completing schemes from £2k to £500k and a long list of clients who are actively seeking to work with us due to our knowledge, experience, quality service and excellent communication.
As well as a Director overseeing the facilitation of ongoing and new business relationships, we have two Contract Managers who split the Midlands into two, looking after all our clients and ensuring quality standards are maintained. We also have a Commercial Manager responsible for all tenders, live schemes and prospective works. Our large pool of talented tilers means we can be responsive and deliver any type of project.
We value communication with our clients and ensure we always adhere to strict health and safety standards, and deliver a high quality result.

Jordan Preece
company director
Having gained his degree from Aston Uni’s famous business school, Jordan set about focusing his energy on the construction industry. He gained several years of crucial first-hand experience working on sites, and now focuses on strengthening current relationships and developing new ones with potential new clients. Jordan has completed health and safety courses such as Managing Safely IOSH, to be at the forefront for health and safety for the business.
Dave Hale
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Dave has over twenty years quantity surveying experience both in the main contracting and subcontracting disciplines. This means he understands the commercial requirements and needs that face main contractors, housebuilders and domestic clients. Dave prides himself on his pro-active, professional but friendly approach from the initial tender right through the project phase to final account. He is always looking to maximise value for the client through specification and value engineering where appropriate.
Gareth Turner
CONTRACTS MANAGER
Gareth has a large breadth of experience in the construction industry having completed an apprenticeship in the industry straight from school. With a keen eye for detail, and an ability to get the most out of the people he is working with and for, Gareth is a crucial part of what JP Is all about. With qualifications such as SSTS he is also up to speed with current health and safety requirements.
Graham Blakeman
CONTRACTS MANAGER
Joining JP Tiling in 2022 Graham has vast experience in the tiling industry and brings a large knowledge base of the technical side of tiling, as well as an excellent ability to juggle multiple projects. He is great at developing strong relationships with our clients, and always ensures projects are delivered safely and on time, to a high quality.

ACCOUNTS
Rita brings her excellent organisation skills and attention to detail to ensure all accounts are accurate and all standards are complied with.
Rohanna Preece
HR AND ADMIN MANAGER
Rohanna provides JP Tiling with HR, Health and Safety plus general administrative support, including ensuring our policies and procedures are up to date. She is currently training towards a NEBOSH qualification.
